During the 1940’s horrible crimes and tortures were committed by the Nazis. The Nazi’s led by Hitler were trying to complete their goal discern as the final solution. This goal was to entirely eliminate the Jewish go. The Nazi’s saw them as inferior population who didn’t deserve to live. They looked at Jews as animals not people. During the 1930’s Jews were just tough unfairly by the Germans, but as the years progressed the Germans started to become more harsh on how they set the Jews. They told Germans not to buy goods from Jewish markets, and they also made the Jews wear off a yellow star band letting the Germans cognize they were Jews. On the night of November 9, 1938 Kristallnacht happened, Germans went around beating Jews, raping the woman, and killing uphold Jews. They went around burning Jewish synagogues and destroying their stores. Kristallnacht was launched because of revenge, a 17-year-old Jew had shot and killed a member of the German Embassy staff because of the poor treatment his family make from the Nazis in Germany. The Nazis demanded the Jews to turn over all gold and silvern they had in their possession. On September 1st, 1939, Germany invades Poland and begins SS activity there.

Poland had a race of over 3 million Jews and now these Jews were in the cut into of the Nazis. The Nazis chose the town of Oswiecim to be the site where Auschwitz would be held. Auschwitz had a measurement camp area of 40 square kilometers with a comely area of 5 kilometers of isolation.
